CLIENT-AGENT RELATIONSHIP Before we enter into a relationship, we will explain to you the client-agent relationship and our responsibilities to you under this relationship. As your agent, we will provide you with the professional, enthusiastic effort combined with proven marketing techniques.
STRUCTURING THE OFFERING We will research and analyze market data, including information regarding comparable homes and their market history, which we will summarize in a Comparative Market Analysis report. MARKET INFORMATION We will keep you informed no buyer interest and activity, changes in local market conditions and any other factors that may affect the sale of your home.
